Project planning; principles and practices for success

The aim of the unit is to develop the skills and knowledge of the learner so they can apply the key principles of planning, preparing, implementation and reviewing the delivery of a project in the LAS setting, achieving the project objectives with the expected performance for time, cost, quality, scope, benefit and risk.
