Strategic thinking

This unit will provide the learner with the opportunity to develop an understanding of strategic thinking and the range of approaches available to support that. The unit aims to develop behaviours and skills that enable the learner to understand, influence and drive strategy within their organisation. 

Hybrid learning – Face to Face 2nd & 16th October at the Advance Training Centre. Half day zoom on the 31st October.
