Managing performance for First Line Managers
The aim of this unit is to develop the learners confidence, knowledge and skills to improve work-based performance and support the development of their staff.
Hybrid learning – 25th & 26th March – face to face days at Advance, 2nd April day via zoom, 3rd Sept half day follow up via zoom 2025.
