Managing performance for First Line Managers

The aim of this unit is to develop the learners confidence, knowledge and skills to improve work-based performance and support the development of their staff.

Hybrid learning – 23rd and 24th September – face to face days at Advance, 7th Oct day via zoom 2025, 16th March half day follow up via zoom 2026.

  • Effective communication
  • Development effective working relationships
  • Resolving conflict in the workplace

Occasionally it is necessary for courses to be cancelled or rescheduled by CLAST. The Course Administrator will send an email to advise you of the cancellation and, if possible, provide a new date for the course. We will endeavour to give at least 4 weeks’ notice prior to the course start date.
