Training and developing staff in the workplace

This unit will introduce the learners to the theory and practice that underpins effective work-based training. Learners will leave the course with sufficient knowledge, confidence and skills so they can design, deliver and set assessments to effectively develop work-based knowledge, attitudes and skills effectively.

Occasionally it is necessary for courses to be cancelled or rescheduled by CLAST. The Course Administrator will send an email to advise you of the cancellation and, if possible, provide a new date for the course. We will endeavour to give at least 4 weeks’ notice prior to the course start date.
