Managing and developing teams
This unit will provide the learner with the opportunity to investigate processes and models involved in developing and managing effective teams. The unit aims to develop behaviours and skills that enable the learner to effectively manage and develop their team.
Hybrid learning – Face to Face learning 26th March, 30th April, 21st May at Advance. Zoom – half day 26th June 2025.
